He handles various instructions including advising on warranty and indemnity claims, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, contractual disputes, financial services claims and pension disputes.
Josh acts for a range of organisations including large corporates, SMEs and owner managed businesses across various business and commercial sectors.
He joined us in September 2023 and is based in our Leeds office.
