Jonathon Clegg

Jonathon is a Commercial Recovery Manager with over 20 years’ experience in the debt recovery sector. 

During that time, he has developed a strong understanding of the full recovery process — from early-stage arrears management through all stages of litigation — and has extensive insolvency experience. 

Jonathon has worked with a range of established law firms across Manchester and supported key clients across the utility, leisure and lending sectors — helping them to recover outstanding debt efficiently while maintaining compliance and protecting customer relationships. He understands the commercial pressures that such sectors face and appreciates the need to tailor recovery strategies to suit each client’s objectives.

His approach is straightforward and practical: clear communication, strong legal knowledge and a focus on achieving the best possible outcomes. 

Jonathon joined us in August 2025 and is based in our Manchester office.
