John is a Solicitor in our Corporate team.

John has gained experience in corporate transactions, corporate governance matters, company formations, and company secretarial work.

He has also worked with our Corporate team dealing with incorporations, company sales and acquisitions, and is a member of our firm’s Healthcare sector assisting and advising clients on the specialist sales and acquisitions of pharmacies and dental practices.

John joined us in June 2018 and is based in our Liverpool office.
