Jo is a Senior Associate in our construction team.
She specialises in non-contentious construction and engineering, assisting the team on all aspects of procurement and acting for a range of clients including employers, funders, contractors, sub-contractors and consultants.
Jo has experience in drafting and negotiating construction contracts, appointments, warranties and all ancillary documents. She also assists on the construction aspects of acquisitions and the due diligence.
She has dealt with the construction documents on a wide variety of developments during her career including mixed use, residential, commercial, student accommodation and infrastructure.
Jo joined us in 2021 and is based in our Liverpool office.
