Jessica is a Solicitor in our property team.
She advises individuals and businesses on a wide range of investment property management and has a keen eye for detail and providing practical advice tailored to her clients’ commercial objectives.
Jessica regularly leads the property elements of wider corporate transactions, working closely with our corporate team to manage acquisitions, disposals and restructurings where property is a key component. She also acts independently on full‑scope commercial property transactions, including the grant of leases and the acquisition and sale of commercial property.
She has particular experience supporting clients in the healthcare sector, including pharmacy and dental practices, as well as advising on industrial leases, hotel properties and corporate restructurings involving property interests.
Jessica joined us in 2023 and qualified as a Solicitor in the same year. She is based in our Manchester.
