Jay handles issues such as Bridging Finance for property purchases and refinance and reports to lenders on the security.
She acts for a range of clients including a number of lending houses and banks.
Jay is experienced in Residential Property and Lending Finance law.
Jay joined us in November 2022 and qualified in 2021. She is based in our Manchester Office.
