Jane is an Associate in our Private Client team.
Jane is a private client lawyer who handles complex estate administration issues such as will drafting and preparation of Lasting Powers of Attorney as well as estate tax planning.
She acts for a wide range of private individuals and organisations as well as trustees.
She also advises on the creation and administration of trusts and is a trustee herself.
Jane has a solid background in non-contentious work and has practiced for over two decades.
She is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).
Jane joined us in 1997 and is based in our Liverpool office.
