Jana is a Solicitor in our corporate team.
She handles recovery and insolvency issues such as appointment of administrators and liquidators, extensions of appointments of administrators, and drafting various documents during the restructuring and insolvency process.
Jana acts for a range of clients including insolvency practitioners, administrators, banks and trustees.
She is experienced in non-contentious restructuring law and outside of work she is involved in various charitable projects and diversity networks.
Jana joined us in October 2022 and qualified in September 2022. She is based in our Manchester office.
