James Harrison

James is a Trainee Solicitor in our corporate team.

He assists the team primarily on pharmacy transactions and is involved in most aspects of share acquisitions and disposals as well as asset acquisitions and disposals. 

James has gained experience in project managing the due diligence process, drafting disclosure letters and drafting a range of ancillary transaction documents. 

James joined us in 2022 as a Paralegal and then returned in June 2024. He is based in our Leeds office.
