Holly Duncanson

Holly is a Solicitor in our real estate development team.

She has experience in non-contentious real estate transactions, having advised on acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, refinancing and development work. 

Having qualified in November 2023, Holly’s approach is practical and client-focused with an emphasis on clear communication and collaboration to ensure that transactions progress smoothly and efficiently. 

Before joining us in November 2025, she worked at a law firm in Greater Manchester where she specialised in real estate matters, building a strong foundation in property law and transactional work.

Holly is based in our Liverpool office.
