She specialises in helping families to implement bespoke succession plans and administer complex estates, advising on matters such as succession and inheritance tax planning, trusts, wills and probate and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
Acting for high-net-worth individuals, business families and farming families, Helen enjoys working with clients’ other trusted advisors to identify their intentions, needs and options. She particularly enjoys working alongside colleagues in our other legal teams, such as litigation and corporate, to provide a joined-up approach to resolving issues for clients and ensuring the smooth progression of their cases.
Helen has been recognised by The Legal 500 and is a full member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and Association of Lifetime Lawyers. She's a member of the STEP Business Families Special Interest Group, as well as a Trustee of AMP, a youth music charity. She's also a former member of the STEP Yorkshire Committee.
