Gerard McArdle

Gerard is a Costs Consultant in our Litigation team.

He assists various teams on issues such as cost litigation, assessments, drafting N260s, cost budgeting and recovery of costs generally.

Gerard has gained experience in conducting costs assessments in both interpartes and solicitor/own client claims, and has appeared as advocate for clients in various court hearings.

Gerard joined us in 2017 and is based in our Liverpool office.
