Gareth is a Solicitor in our construction team.
Highly experienced, Gareth advises on contentious issues such as payment disputes, defects claims, loss and delay claims, as well as non-contentious issues including drafting and negotiating building contracts, appointments and warranties for a wide range of construction projects.
His clients include funders, developers, contractors and sub-contractors.
Gareth has a strong background in construction as a career-changer with over 15 years’ experience as a Project Manager and Engineer.
During this time, he worked on a variety of projects including power stations, wind farms, hotels and leisure centres as a specialist sub-contractor. This involved design, contract management and final account negotiations.
Gareth qualified in 2021. He joined Brabners in 2023 and is based in our Liverpool office.
