Ethan is an executive in our deal advisory team.
He helps to proactively create deals and bring parties together.
A Chartered Accountant, Ethan advises on acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, strategies and development capital.
He acts for a wide range of clients across many sectors, including multinationals, SMEs, entrepreneurs, owner-managers (both on the buy-side and sell-side) and individuals.
Ethan works closely with clients to understand their aspirations for a transaction. This ensures that each client does the right deal — not just any deal.
Ethan started working in deal advisory and corporate finance in 2021 and qualified with the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) in 2023.
Prior to joining us in October 2023, he worked at a boutique deal advisory firm after gaining three years’ experience in the audit department at Grant Thornton.
A talented football player, Ethan spent two years playing full-time for Tranmere Rovers’ youth team. He now plays semi-professionally in the Northern Premier League.
Outside of work, he volunteers with Liverpool-based homeless charity Sunday Supper Project, which provides food, essentials and support every week to those in need.
