Edwina is an experienced commercial property lawyer who handles investment and property management work and commercial development as well as acquisitions, sales and mortgages of commercial property.
She acts for banks, regional financiers and niche property funders.
Edwina has practiced for over two decades and specialises in landlord and tenant and asset management work as well as commercial property finance advising banks on finance for development sites, stand-alone commercial properties and portfolios of commercial and residential properties.
Edwina has acted for Clipper Logistics plc and Town Centre Securities plc and their group companies, Lloyds Bank plc, Handelsbanken and Octopus Real Estate.
Edwina joined us in 2022 and is based in Leeds.
