David is a Legal Director in our Property team.
David is an experienced real estate lawyer who specialises in development and investment transactions. He advises on commercial property transactions, including general development and forward funded development projects, as well as acquisitions and disposals of industrial and commercial sites for investment purposes and occupational use.
He has acted for a range of clients including regional and national property developers, property investors, pension funds, property owners and corporate occupiers from the logistics, warehouse and distribution, nuclear and professional services sectors.
He also advises on general landlord and tenant matters and asset management work.
David has a strong background in property law, having practiced for over a decade. He has extensive experience in commercial property transactions and has also worked on large real estate finance projects and the acquisition and disposal of commercial property through corporate acquisitions and disposals.
He has previously been classed as a ‘Rising Star’ and ‘Next Generation Lawyer’ by the Legal 500.
His clients include Peel Land and Property and Peel Ports.
David qualified in 2009 and joined us in September 2022. He is based in our Manchester office.
