Danielle is an Associate in our corporate team.

She advises on a wide range of corporate transactions — assisting with issues such as mergers and acquisitions, company restructures, shareholder protection and agreements, governance, EMI schemes and private equity.

A core member of our employee ownership trusts team, Danielle also specialises in guiding businesses on their journeys to becoming employee-owned, as well as other routes to exit. 

Danielle’s clients include private companies, SMEs and owner-managed businesses, as well as individual shareholders and directors. She works closely with our retail sector team, assisting clients with their company-related legal issues.

Highly diligent and pragmatic, Danielle delivers outstanding levels of client service, keeping them informed of progress every step of the way.

Danielle is involved with our social mobility initiatives, which see her regularly attend seminars and talks with students looking to get into law. She is also one of our mental health first aiders who offers a place for people to turn when they need help managing their stresses and worries — whether inside or outside of work.

Danielle works across our Lancashire and Manchester offices. She joined us in September 2020 and qualified in September 2022.
