Dan is a Senior Associate in our deal advisory team.
He helps to proactively create deals and bring parties together.
A Chartered Accountant, Dan advises on acquisitions, disposals, management buy-outs and buy-ins, strategies and development capital. He also has experience in private equity-backed transactions and leveraged buyouts.
Dan acts for a wide range of clients across many sectors, including multinationals, SMEs, entrepreneurs, owner-managers (both on the buy-side and sell-side) and individuals.
He works closely with clients to understand their aspirations for a transaction. This ensures that each client does the right deal — not just any deal.
Dan qualified with the ICAEW (Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales) in 2018 at Deloitte before first joining our deal advisory team later that year. He left to join EY in August 2022 before rejoining us in January 2024 to assist with the expansion of our deal advisory team.
A dedicated runner and triathlete, Dan has completed an Ironman and various ultra-marathons with distances of up to 100 miles.
