Chloe is a Solicitor in our Construction Team.
Chloe handles issues such as adjudication, construction litigation and drafting suites of construction documents.
She advises on contentious issues such as payment disputes, defects claims, loss and delay claims. She also advises on non-contentious issues such as drafting and negotiating building contracts, appointments and warranties for a wide range of construction projects.
She acts for a range of clients including developers, contractors, sub-contractors and professional advisors.
She is a member of UKELA.
Chloe joined us in 2022 and works across our Manchester and Lancashire offices.
