Specialising in both contentious and non-contentious construction law and practice, she acts for a broad range of clients across the industry including developers, contractors, sub-contractors and professional consultants.
Charlene has experience in a variety of disputes relating to payment, defects and loss and delay claims, as well as non-contentious matters such as drafting and negotiating building contracts, consultant appointments and warranties in respect of a wide range of construction projects.
Charlene is a member of the Society of Construction Law. She joined us in 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.
