Bill is a Consultant in our Liverpool Corporate team.
Bill is an experienced corporate lawyer who advises on a wide range of port and harbour related work.
Bill has worked in the industry for over four decades. He joined Mersey Docks and Harbour Company in 1974 and became its Director of Legal Services in 1991, handling the legal affairs for the ports of Liverpool, Medway and Heysham as well as group container terminal activities in Dublin and Belfast.
He became the Group Director of Legal Services for Peel Ports in 2005 after the acquisition of the former Mersey Docks Group by Peel Holdings.
He is a member of the Law Society.
Bill joined us in 2009 following our successful tender for the legal work of Peel Ports Group.
