Beth Middleton

Beth is an Associate in our Litigation team.

Beth specialises in contentious wills, trusts and probate litigation, acting for a range of clients, including professional trustees and executors both on behalf of and against an Estate. She advises on matters concerning Inheritance Act claims, will validity and trust disputes as well as trustee / executor duties, TOLATA claims, burial disputes and Insolvency Administration Orders.

She is currently undertaking the Association of Contentious Trust and Probate Specialists (ACTAPS) course at the University of Law and is expected to become an accredited Associate Member in 2024. She is also a member of ConTra, the Contentious Trusts Association.

She is also experienced in non-contentious probate matters, after previously starting her career as a Probate Executive at a Manchester-based firm in 2016.

Beth joined us in 2021 having qualified in 2019 and works across our Lancashire and Manchester offices.
