Bee Gebhardt
Associate
Bee is an Associate in our investment and property management team.
She acts for a wide range of commercial property clients including large retailers, real estate investment firms, pension providers, dental and pharmaceutical practices and individual investors as well as charitable organisations.
Bee has experience across a broad spectrum of non-contentious landlord and tenant work, including:
- New/renewal leases.
- Agreements for lease/surrender.
- Surrenders and assignments.
- Acquisitions and disposals.
- Property finance.
- General lease management.
Bee joined us in 2021, having trained in the public sector. En route to qualifying as a solicitor, Bee won several accolades for her academic achievements, including from Liverpool Law Society for overall results in the Legal Practice Course.
Bee spent her childhood in South Africa and Botswana before moving to the UK to further her education. She enjoys putting her professional experience to charitable use by acting on a pro-bono basis for small community groups such as Scouts UK.
