Bee is a Solicitor in our investment and property management team.
She specialises in commercial property transactions involving both landlord and tenant, property acquisitions and disposals, corporate refinancing and general property portfolio management.
Bee acts for a wide range of clients including well known retailers, large property investment firms, small businesses, dental and pharmaceutical practices and individual investors.
Bee formerly worked as an editor at a financial market research firm before indulging her curiosity around a career in law. Prior to joining us, she qualified as a Solicitor through a unique training contract with Merseyside Police and Merseyside Fire & Rescue Authority. She also won a Liverpool Law Society Prize for results achieved in her Legal Practice Course.
A true crime aficionado, Bee spent her childhood in South Africa and Botswana before moving to the UK to further her education. She enjoys putting her professional experience to charitable use by acting on a pro-bono basis for small community groups such as Scouts UK.
