Barnaby is a Senior Associate in our construction team.

He handles issues such as adjudication, construction litigation and non-contentious construction matters.

Barnaby acts for a range of clients including developers, contractors and sub-contractors.

He also advises on matters such as payment disputes, defects claims, loss and delay claims and non-contentious construction matters such as drafting and negotiating building contracts, appointments and warranties.

Barnaby is experienced in both contentious and non-contentious construction law.

Barnaby joined us in 2019 and qualified in 2021. He is based in our Liverpool office.
