Andrew Cross - Employment law

Andrew is a Consultant in our Employment team.

Andrew is a skilled employment lawyer who has over 39 years’ of experience in all aspects of employment law.  

He advises on issues such as redundancies, senior employee terminations, union law, employee fraud, reorganisations, TUPE, changing terms and conditions, discrimination and equal opportunities.

Andrew was a partner for 33 years and for many years headed our Employment group and he has recently changed status and now is a Consultant acting for a limited number of employers and some individuals.

He now acts as an ambassador for our firm and is engaged in client listening projects seeking to develop our long term relationships with clients.

He provides training and mentoring for lawyers within our firm as well as providing training for clients and he is also a member of our risk management group and seeks to resolve complaints.  

Andrew is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500 which notes that Andrew has a “very incisive mind”.

Andrew joined us in 1986 and is based in our Liverpool office.
