IP Formalities Manager and CITMA Paralegal

Amy is an IP Formalities Manager and CITMA Paralegal in our commercial and intellectual property team.

She is a dual-qualified CITMA paralegal/trade mark administrator and CIPA patent administrator who works alongside our specialist intellectual property lawyers.

Amy provides support and assistance in connection with the administrative functions (formalities) associated with the management of trade mark, design and patent portfolios.

She attends to UK, European and international trade mark and design application formalities, as well as renewals, recordals and maintenance requirements.

In addition, Amy has a sound understanding of our portfolio management systems and is responsible for updating records, running portfolio reports for clients, and maintaining the prosecution diary.

Amy joined us in 2017 and is based in our Liverpool office.
