Alex is an Associate in our corporate team.
He is a banking and finance lawyer who acts for a range of clients including banks and financial institutions. Alex prepares and negotiates facility agreements and various security and guarantee documentation.
Alex has experience in acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance (development and investment), asset based lending and general corporate lending and banking matters.
In addition to his experience in private practice, Alex was Group Legal Counsel for a leading international technology advisory and investment firm prior to joining Brabners.
Alex joined us in August 2023 and is based in our Manchester office.
