While women make up the majority of the pharmacy workforce, few are in senior leadership roles. Research suggests that men tend to have a stronger, more extensive professional networks, which is associated with the increased probability of career progression.
That’s why the RxWomen community was formed. Our goal is to bring women in the pharmacy sector together through in-person networking and online interactions — fostering a community where we can all support, mentor and celebrate each other.
