If you’re passionate about the North and its future, this is a chance to be part of what's next — meeting the people who are shaping it and celebrating what makes this region such a powerful place to build and grow a business.
Exploring the stories behind these businesses, guests will step into a curated photography exhibition capturing all 27 Northern Stars in their own environments — at work, with their teams, in the everyday moments that we don’t always see.
Alongside this, a series of short films will bring their stories to life on screen, giving you a glimpse into what it takes to build a business in our region today.
With plenty of time to connect with over 100 business leaders, it’s a chance to meet peers and spark new opportunities across the region.
What to expect
- Meet the 27: Explore our photography exhibition, watch the Northern Stars films and hear directly from this year's cohort as they take to the stage.
- Drinks, canapés and live music: Enjoy drinks and canapés throughout the evening, with live music in The Gallery as you arrive — with exclusive access to Lowry's immersive 360-degree exhibition, Going to the Match.
- The Lowry: As one of the North's great cultural landmarks, it's a fitting home for an evening celebrating Northern ambition. Just as LS Lowry captured the character of Northern industry in his work, tonight we celebrate the people who are shaping its future.
- Connect with peers: Join over 100 businesses from across the True North network for dedicated networking time throughout the evening.
