Marianne Murphy

Marianne is a Solicitor in our corporate team.

She handles issues such as corporate transactions, company sales and acquisitions and various other complex legal matters. She also advises on matters such as incorporations and partnership agreements and is a member of our healthcare sector team, assisting and advising clients on the specialist sales and acquisitions of dental practices and pharmacies.

Marianne is a member of Merseyside Young Professionals and the Merseyside Junior Lawyer Division. She joined us in 2022, having qualified in the same year. She's based in our Liverpool office.
