Lauren is an Associate in our corporate team.
She has experience in share and asset sales and acquisitions, corporate governance matters, company restructures, employee ownership and benefits trusts, EMI schemes and banking and finance.
She acts for a range of clients including private companies, start-ups, SMEs and OMBs.
Lauren qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2021 and made the conversion to Solicitor in 2022.
She joined us in 2022 and is based in our Liverpool office.
