Andrew is a Consultant in our Pensions team.
Andrew is a pensions lawyer with over 33 years’ experience. He advises on issues relating to occupational pension schemes as well as pension fund trustee matters.
He acts for pension teams and trustee boards across public, private and third sector organisations including mutuals and co-operatives.
He often handles contentious work and his mediation experience has enabled him to help clients find alternative means to resolve complex pension disputes.
He also develops and leads trustee boards and is an experienced professional independent pension fund trustee.
Andrew has a strong background in contentious and non-contentious pensions work and has served as Head of Pensions at a number of leading law firms during his 41 year legal career. He also writes for professional journals and handbooks on pension-related matters.
He is a member of the Pensions Management Institute and also chairs professional committees and working groups.
He has been classed as a ‘Leading Individual’ in his field by The Legal 500 for many years.
Andrew has acted for a huge range of national and international clients during his career such as Eaton Inc, Ingersoll Rand, Maytag Inc, Hoover plc, TWA and Mitsubishi.
Andrew joined us in 2017.
