Josh is a Solicitor in our housing and regeneration team.
Josh is a real estate lawyer who represents both public and private sector clients in relation to site acquisition, regeneration and disposal. He is proactive in his dealings, ensuring that the client is kept informed throughout the process and has a particular focus on working for national registered providers and charitable organisations.
Working cross-departmentally with corporate, employment and charity colleagues, Josh advises on property elements of large-scale portfolio transfers, financing, mortgaging and securitization projects.
He offers considerable experience in a full range of landlord and tenant matters including investment projects, portfolio asset management and franchise models.
Josh is a member of the Law Society. Having trained and worked as a newly qualified solicitor at an international law firm before working in the Bristol legal market, Josh has a strong background in non-contentious development and commercial property work.
Josh joined us in May 2023 and is based in our Liverpool office.
