Peter is a Partner in our Housing and Regeneration team.
Peter is an experienced commercial property and regeneration lawyer.
He handles issues such as sales, acquisitions, development agreements, Golden Brick arrangements, funding agreements, joint venture agreements, management agreements and commercial leases.
He acts for a wide range of clients including registered providers, NHS bodies, local authorities, developers, commercial organisations and other public and private sector clients.
He also advises on regeneration matters, securitisation and lease arrangements.
Peter has a strong background in non-contentious commercial and development property work and he has been involved with various multi-million pound property deals.
He qualified in 1985 while working as a trainee at Brabners and worked at an international law firm for over 20 years (many of them as a Senior Equity Partner at board level) before re-joining us.
He is a member of the Law Society.
Peter is classed as a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500.
His clients include Great Places, Progress Housing, Leeds Federated Housing, Together Housing, Wirral Community Health and Care NHS Foundation Trust, Liverpool City Council and Mersten Ltd
Peter joined us in 2015 and is based in our Manchester office.
