Krista is a Partner in our Property team.
Krista is an experienced commercial real estate lawyer who specialises in non-contentious commercial property matters.
She handles acquisitions and disposals for developers and investors along with landlord and tenant matters for both occupiers and landlords across a range of sectors. She also has considerable experience of advising in relation to corporate real estate issues.
She has acted for some of the UK’s largest property investors and fund managers as well as national developers, leading banks and financial institutions.
Krista’s clients include CorpAcq, Nikal, Harrison Hunt and Hillcrest Homes.
Krista trained with us from 2000 to 2002 and re-joined us as a Partner in 2018. She is based in our Manchester office.
