Tom is a Senior Associate in our Investment and Property Management team.
Tom is experienced across a range of non-contentious commercial property matters.
He handles landlord and tenant issues, acquisitions, disposals, property finance transactions, property pension matters and general commercial property matters.
He acts for a range of clients including SMEs, property developers, finance providers, pension providers and retailers and provides support to individuals in relation to their commercial property matters.
Tom also advises on matters such as leasehold transactions, corporate acquisitions and insolvency practitioners’ disposals.
He is a member of the Junior Board of the Association of European Lawyers, a group of European law firms who work together on cross-border transactions and other multi-jurisdictional casework.
Tom’s clients include @SIPP (Pension Trustees), Begbies Traynor, Jolivet Group, JW Lees, Mealbank Properties and Restore.
Tom joined us in 2016 and qualified in 2016. He is based in our Manchester office.
