David is a Legal Director in our Property team.
David is an experienced property development lawyer who handles top-tier complex and large-space developments and regeneration schemes, land promotion, investments (acquisitions, disposals, leasebacks), options, NHS qualifying-contract rent reimbursement, forward-funding, partnerships, joint-ventures, collaborations, financing (including portfolio) and asset management (including franchising, profit share arrangements and membership-led shared services).
He acts for a wide range of clients including property developers, local authorities, institutional investors, lenders and asset management companies.
He is bilingual (English and French) and is experienced in handling cross-border transactions.
David has a strong background in real estate development law. He has served as transaction lead for key developments in Manchester City Centre and also acted as senior in-house counsel for a national homebuilder before joining us.
David joined us in March 2022 and works across both our Manchester and Leeds offices.
