Rebecca is an Senior Associate in our Housing and Regeneration team.
Rebecca handles a range of housing management issues such as abandonment, anti-social behaviour, committals, Equality Act claims, common law injunctions, demotion, disrepair, gas access, illegal occupation, nuisance, policy review, advice and drafting, possession proceedings, rent arrears, staff and resident harassment, succession and trespass proceedings.
She acts for a wide range of clients, from private landlords and small housing co-operatives to national registered providers throughout the North of England.
Since starting her career as an in-house legal officer at a Housing Association in Greater Manchester in 2013, Rebecca now has over a decade’s experience in the housing and regeneration sector.
Rebecca joined Brabners in 2018 after qualifying in April 2017. She lives in Yorkshire and works out of both our Manchester and Leeds offices.
