Nigel is a Partner in our Housing and Regeneration team.
Nigel is an experienced commercial property lawyer who handles various property-related issues such as investment sales and purchases, lending and development work.
He advises on acquisitions, disposals and business tenancies and has detailed experience negotiating and drafting business leases as well as advising on all aspects of lease renewal including all statutory notices and court procedures.
He also advises on a regular basis as to lease interpretation and all aspects of business tenancies.
He is a ‘Recommended Lawyer’ by The Legal 500.
Nigel’s clients include South Liverpool Homes, RWD Properties and Liverpool and Chester Properties.
Nigel joined us in 2009 following our merger with Bremners and is based in our Liverpool office.
