Megan is a Solicitor in our corporate team.
Megan assists in corporate transactions and with issues such as company restructures, mergers and acquisitions, and shareholder agreements.
She also assists on matters such as employee ownership trusts.
Megan joined us in September 2021 and qualified in March 2023. She is based in our Manchester office.
