Emma is a Senior Associate in our Corporate team.
She handles issues such as mergers and acquisitions, investment fundraising, company reorganisations and family investment companies.
She acts for a range of clients including SMEs, start-ups and large nationals as well as a number of clients in the technology and sport sectors.
Emma is experienced in corporate law and recently advised on a number of acquisitions for a creative digital agency and a large nursery group.
Emma joined us in September 2015 as a trainee and qualified in September 2017. She is based in our Manchester office.
Emma won ‘Lawyer of the Year’ at the Made in Manchester Awards 2020. The Legal 500 2022 said that she ‘always understands there is a balance to be struck on sensitive acquisition negotiations and has the ability of being firm whilst looking after the often sensitive nature of the sellers.’
