Lisa is a Post Completion Assistant in our Property team.
She assists the team on issues such as preparing applications for registration at HM Land Registry following completion of property purchases or transfers, dealing with Land Registry correspondence and requisitions and drafting and submitting Stamp Duty Land Tax returns to HM Revenue and Customs together with arranging tax payments if applicable.
Lisa has gained experience in a wide range of commercial and residential conveyancing matters since graduating from the University of Liverpool, studying law, in 2006.
Lisa joined us in September and is based in our Liverpool office.
