Gareth is a Solicitor in our construction team.
Gareth is highly experienced in the construction industry and advises on contentious issues such as payment disputes, defects claims, loss and delay claims, as well as non-contentious issues including drafting and negotiating building contracts, appointments and warranties for a wide range of construction projects. His clients include funders, developers, contractors and sub-contractors.
Gareth has a strong background in construction as a career-changer with over 15 years’ experience as a Project Manager and Engineer. During this time, he worked on a variety of projects including power stations, wind farms, hotels and leisure centres as a specialist sub-contractor. This involved design, contract management and final account negotiations.
Gareth qualified in 2021. He joined Brabners in 2023 and is based in our Liverpool office.
