Daniela is a Conveyancing Executive in our Housing and Regeneration team.
Daniela deals with residential sales and purchases (freehold and leasehold), transfers of equity, re-mortgages and auction sales.
She acts for a range of clients, both individuals and companies, in their capacity as purchasers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
She also assists on transactions which fall outside the scope of a typical residential transaction, such as those involving a commercial or agricultural element.
Daniela joined us in 2022 and is based in our Liverpool office.
