Charlotte is a Solicitor in our Property team.
Charlotte handles all aspects of commercial property transactions including commercial acquisitions and disposals, refinancing, landlord and tenant work together with commercial investment work.
She acts for a range of clients including retailers, institutional pension funds and large property investment companies.
Charlotte is a member of the Law Society and sits on the Non-Contentious Sub Committee for the Liverpool Law Society.
Charlotte joined us in 2023 and qualified in 2019. She is based in our Liverpool office.
