We’ve been awarded a top rating for workplace engagement by Best Companies

Tuesday 1 December 2020

We have received a three-star rating from Best Companies which reflects ‘extraordinary’ levels of workplace engagement and is the highest standard awarded by the workplace engagement specialist.

Nik White, our Managing Partner, said: “I am delighted that our people feel highly engaged with their work and with what we’re trying to achieve together.

“We have asked a lot of them this year and despite this our rating has improved on last year’s two-stars, indicating that the way we’ve handled the Covid-19 pandemic has overwhelming colleague support.

“I am humbled by our people’s verdict and thankful to every single one of them for the commitment, resilience and trust they have shown our firm during this year of remarkable change and uncertainty.

“This achievement reflects our strategic ambition to be an employer of choice and shows our efforts in this area are working.”

Each year Best Companies runs a b-Heard survey to assess colleague engagement with their employers and assigns a rating based on the responses. The process is entirely independent of the employer.

In light of the pandemic, Best Companies delayed the b-Heard survey until next year and provided organisations with a shorter internal engagement survey which the 2021 rating is based on.
