Tori is Solicitor in our investment and property management team.
She advises on all aspects of property portfolio management, including acquisitions and disposals, leasehold management and changes of use. She has good knowledge of lease renewals under the Landlord & Tenant Act 1954, acting for both landlords and tenants in opposed and unopposed proceedings.
She works with commercial clients across various sectors including retail businesses, high-street banks, industrial operators, education institutions and charities. She also has experience supporting new-build developers, advising on plot sales and assisting with site setup for residential developments.
In September 2018, Tori began her legal career at a global law firm where she undertook a Level 7 Trailblazer Solicitor Apprenticeship. During her seven years of training, she gained broad experience across property disciplines, including plots development, commercial real estate and real estate litigation. Alongside her apprenticeship, she earned a First Class Honours Degree in Legal Practice and successfully completed the Solicitors Qualifying Exams. Tori qualified as a Solicitor in September 2025.
Outside of work, Tori is passionate about community engagement. She was a founding trustee of a charity supporting people with disabilities in Greater Manchester and was recognised as a Young Ambassador of the 21st Century by Lions International for her contributions.
She’s actively involved in our affinity groups and charity initiatives and enjoys exploring Manchester’s food scene and spending time with friends.
Tori joined us in November 2025 and is based in our Manchester office.
