A whole host of visa routes have been implemented in April 2022.

It is vital that businesses understand these new routes and how they might work for them - both in relation to their immediate needs to secure and retain global talent as we emerge from the pandemic, but also in relation to their longer-term strategic thinking around their recruitment or expansion plans.

In this webinar, we’ll be focussing on the new Global Business Mobility visa routes and how they overhaul the historic arrangements for Intra-Company Transfers (in other words, the immigration routes currently available for organisations to transfer established staff or overseas graduates from overseas operations to undertake roles in the UK). These sweeping reforms will also fundamentally alter the immigration options available to organisations seeking to establish their first commercial presence in the UK, those engaging with overseas service providers or those exploring possible visa routes for seconding overseas employees to their existing UK operations.

We’ll also explore future changes, including the new High Potential visa route (for highly educated individuals) and the Scale up visa route (for rapidly expanding companies), These form a key part of the Government’s strategy for attracting and retaining innovation talent to the UK.

Finally, we’ll cover a round up of the latest changes to Right to Work requirements for businesses in the UK, in light of the latest changes which took effect on 6 April 2022.

This webinar is essential viewing for businesses with international workforces or overseas offices, businesses looking to establish themselves in the UK, or any organisation that is struggling to recruit in the current environment.
