Equality and Diversity Data

We measure our Equality, Diversity and Inclusion data to help us improve.

We recognise that in order to improve as an employer, we need to understand our equality, diversity and inclusions (EDI) data. We still have work to do to make our firm truly diverse but by measuring our EDI data and being transparent about it, we can have honest conversations about our EDI journey and make evidence-based decisions to shape our future.
