Caroline handles company and business acquisitions, disposals, MBOs, joint ventures and shareholder agreements. She also advises businesses generally on corporate and commercial transactions.

Caroline is particularly active in the automotive sector including acting for a number of car dealership groups and sector specialist banks and suppliers.

She is ranked by Market IQ in the top 10 legal advisers by deal volume in the North West for 2015.  In the North West and South West for the period 2011-2015 Brabners is also the No.1 most active law firm in the automotive sector.

Caroline trained at Chaffe Street (now Brabners) and qualified in 1997.  She has over 20 years' experience as a corporate lawyer and has acted on a wide range of corporate transactions throughout her career.
